The Smart Wood collection is the result of Kartell’s continuous research into the possibility of giving a three-dimensional form to a material that had previously always been two-dimensional. Thanks to patented technology, wood is processed in a special mould, allowing panels to be given a curved shape right to the edges, creating a seat with a sensual, harmonious roundness. K/WOOD is a regal armchair, complemented by a matching S/WOOD footrest with an identical finish.
