WARRANTY

Products by Kartell are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of sale. The warranty covers material defects and defects arising during the manufacturing process, revealed during proper use of the product.

In case of any irregularities, please contact our showroom or customer service department. The complaint will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the manufacturer's warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, self-modifications, natural wear and tear, or the action of external factors.
