ORDERS
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website by selecting the product, configuration, and adding it to the cart. Then proceed to payment and provide shipping details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, account creation is not required to place an order. However, registration gives you access to your purchase history and simplifies future orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the type of product and the delivery address. The exact amount is displayed during the order placement process.
What is the order fulfillment time?
Lead time depends on product availability.

Products in stock – usually shipped within 1-4 business days.
- Made-to-order products – lead time depends on the product (most often 2–6 weeks, depending on the model) and is confirmed after the order is verified by store staff.
Can I track the shipment?
Yes, once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods are available?
We offer the following payment methods:
- online (Przelewy24 / PayU / PayPal – depending on store configuration),
- BLIK
- credit card,
- cash on delivery at the showroom (if available).
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All online payments are handled by certified operators and encrypted connections.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Can I return a purchased product?
Yes. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned goods should be in an unchanged and complete condition.
How to return an item?
Please contact us by email with information about the return. You will receive instructions and a withdrawal form from us.
What should I do if the product arrived damaged?
Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery and send photos documenting the damage. This will help us quickly file a complaint with the carrier or manufacturer.
How does the warranty work for Kartell products?
Kartell products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

Can Kartell products be seen live?
Yes, we invite you to our showroom in Warsaw, where we showcase selected models, colors, and finishes.
Do you offer assistance with product selection?
Of course. Our team of consultants will be happy to help you choose the right model, color, and amount of light, and will also suggest inspirations for your interior.
Are the product colors on the website true to reality?
We make every effort to ensure that the photos accurately represent the real appearance of the products. However, there may be minimal differences due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
PERSONAL COLLECTION AND SHOWROOM
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our showroom in Warsaw (if the product is available on site). Please confirm the date in advance.
Are all products from the website available in the store?
Not all models and colours are always available in the showroom. If you wish to see a specific product, please contact us – we will check its availability and arrange for it to be brought to the showroom for viewing.
